Excpect A Different Guinea Naby Keita Warns Nigeria

Guinea are busy sabre rattling despite just sharing points against the lowest ranked team in the Group, Madagascar, and ahead of facing the highest, Nigeria. While some may call this ill timing or like spitting into the wind others will point to it as the confidence that the team has itself and its chances of upsetting Nigeria on Wednesday.

Many pundits believe that the Syli did not show us all their cards against the African Islanders and that they will play their true hand in the West African derby. Comments by Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita seemed to support this line of thought because he has revealed that Guinea will change their approach for their second Group B match against Nigeria on Wednesday, June 26.
Keita was introduced off the bench in the 62nd minute on the game against Madagascar, his first competitive game since suffering an injury against Barcelona in the semifinal of the Champions League on May 1
Guinea's defensive frailties were exposed by Madagascar and the Reds star has insisted that they must avoid making mistakes at the back in their next game vs Nigeria.
Keita said: ''I think we have to play forward and we have to try to play with aggression.
''When you score, do not accept that the opposing team equalizes because in this kind of tournament, do not give the opportunity to the opponent when you lead.''
Nigeria will qualify for the round of 16 of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations if they beat Guinea.
Meanwhile, in the Super Eagles camp, the birds are all ready to go.
All except Shehu Abdullahi who played only 42 minutes of his Africa Nations Cup debut with the Super Eagles after he pulled a hamstring and was substituted, but there might be cheerful news as the player posted an injury update on Sunday.
Abdullahi struggled with an injury blight last season with Bursaspor and was restricted to 13 league matches for the club, and was really a questionable inclusion in the final 23-man list for the competition. His continued participation in the rest of this Afcon is now in serious doubt.
