Halima, the daughter of African richest man, great philantropist, industrialist, and business mogul, Alhaji Aliko Dangote has finally emerged a top executive in her father's empire, taking over the seat of leadership in her father’s businesses.
Reports have it that she has taken over as the Group Executive Director of Commercial Operations in Dangote Industries Limited, one of Africa’s largest and most diversified business conglomerates
Halima Dangote, who works for her father, is also a trustee of the philanthropic arm of the Group known as Aliko Dangote Foundation.
Halima Dangote has worked in different arms of the Dangote Group, setting new standards and influencing performance in the area of profit and business growth.
She is the President of the Board of the African Centre in New York and also a member of The Women Corporate Directors.
Halima Dangote is coming into this new position with a lot of cutting-edge experience, having studied in Ivy League schools across the globe and worked extensively under the watchful eyes of her father.
